ja ist ja egal in welchem bereich ich finde es trotzdem traurig

das sind nämlich genau die gründe machen manche sagen

ich leb von hartz 4 besser als wenn ich mich kaputt mache

klar man ärgert sich über solche sprüche maßlos

aber wenn wir mal überlgen ....sie haben recht leider ......

Das wollte doch die jetzige Opposition einführen. Nur leider haben die ja keine Mehrheit zur Regierung bekommen.

Bin mir auch nicht sicher ob es geplant war oder wirklich umgesetzt ist.
Der Pflegebereich ist schon lange Zeit ein Problemfall. Kenn das ja sogar noch aus meiner Zivi-Zeit.
Die hatten immer zu wenig Personal, waren unterbezahlt und massig Überstunden zu leisten.
Und daran wird sich bestimmt bis heute nicht viel geändert haben - da müsste mal gesetzlich wirklich was getan werden.
(die einzelnen Organisationen wie in Hessen z.B. der ASB - bei dem ich als Zivi war - verdienen nämlich zum Teil eigentlich nicht schlecht an den Patienten - nur sind die seit der Privatisierung recht gierig geworden - so kam es mir jedenfalls vor, bei den was man so mitbekommen hat)
