Hmmm, also das soll einer verstehen:

Da bestelle ich ein Spiel bei Play.com in England und versendet wird es es auch von dort. Aber irgendwie landet das Paket in Neuseeland :!: und wird von dort aus wieder an mich geschickt. Die beim Zoll haben erst mal blöd geschaut. "Ein Computer Spiel?" fragt der Beamte dort recht unglaubisch, als ich vor ihm das Paket öffnen muss. Ich glaube die haben so was auf der Dienststelle noch nicht gehabt. Na er hat dann noch ein bisschen in seinen Formularen gewühlt, dann musste ich den Empfang mit meiner Unterschrift bestätigen und das war. Keine Zahlung von Gebühren oder ähnlichem. Na egal, Hauptsache ich habe das Spiel ;)

Nö, wie gesagt, der Zollbeamte machte auch einen überraschten Eindruck. Ich lebe ja hier auch auf dem Lande, nehme mal an, die haben so einen Fall auch noch nicht gehabt. Hatte eigentlich auch schon mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet, aber es ging gut.

Es darf jedenfalls nicht öffentlich beworben werden, von daher denke ich, dass die Einfuhr automatisch untersagt ist...?

Ich glaub da ist eine Gesetzeslücke. Darf ja keiner verbieten was aus anderen Ländern zu kaufen solange halt der Zoll bezahlt wird. Bei so kleinen Beträgen muss man ja nichts bezahlen. Und da das Spiel nur keine Freigabe für den Verkauf in deutschen Läden bekommen hat ist es ja nicht illigal das aus dem Ausland zu ersteigern. Aber ganz sicher bn ich mir da nicht

So habe mal schnell zum Thema Indizierung gegoogled:

Das indizierte Medium darf "nur" nicht mehr frei beworben und ausgestellt werden. Zudem muss gesichert sein, dass es nur in die Hände volljähriger gelangt.

Habe also mit der Bestellung von Army Of Two nichts böses getan, jedenfalls aus meiner Sicht ;)
