wow... gleich zwei die mit dem rauchen aufhören wollen, hab gestern schon mit nea drüber gesprochen... der anreiz ist bei mir auf jeden fall da, und durch die nette erkältung ist es noch ein grund mehr aufzuhören, ran an den sport und weg von der schachtel... nichtrauher-thread ist ne supi idee. 5 kippen hab ich noch. denke mal mit ablenkung und einem ausgleich dürfte das zu schaffen sein. wäre nicht das erste mal :-)

Also, an alle, die Nichtraucher werden wollen: ich drück euch ganz fest die Daumen. Es wird hart, aber es ist machbar. Und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Ich spreche da aus eigener Erfahrung. Ich bin jetzt seit 8 Jahren rauchfrei und bereue es nicht. Im Gegenteil: frage mich, warum ich mir vorher den Scheiß überhaupt angetan habe. Also, nur durchhalten... :thumbsup:
