Ich habe im Augenblick auch nicht so die Zeit, die ich gerne hätte und wenn, dann nur kurz oder spontan mal. Beruf und / oder Familie brauchen nunmal genug Aufmerksamkeit (wobei ich das nicht negativ meine, zumindest mit der Familei ;) ). Wird auch wieder andere Zeiten geben... :)

Naja verdient kann man so nicht sagen, dass wäre unfair, sie war unheimlich nett und bemüht, war über ein gefördertes Praktikum da, sollte im Juli auf einen schon unterschriebenen Arbeitsvertrag übergehen. Leider kam sie mit den Arbeitsprozessen im Haus hier nicht klar. Die Einarbeitung gestaltete sich zu einem Debakel. Sie hat einfach die extren hohen Anforderungen an das Wissen unterschätzt, welches hier nötig ist. Im medizinischen Bereich wird viel gefordert.

dann war es vielleicht gar nicht so schlecht denn sonst wäre sie vermutlich im späteren verlauf garnichts mehr hinbekommen und dadurch andere gefärdet. vllt hat sie dadurch gemerkt das der medizinische bereich nichts für sie ist.

und ich gebe dir vollkommen recht im medizinischen bereich wird sehr sehr viel gefordert. kenns ja selbst
